This practice offers Therapeutic, Manual Lymph Drainage as well as Medical Massage as a service to help aid in muscular disorders and imbalances. All of our services are priced by time desired not by modality or technique. Our goal is to find and give resolution to each client's need.
Each session is provided by the same therapist, in order to build the relationship and understanding of any changes and results that may occur during or after the session received. Each therapist is certified with a full understanding of today's common injuries or bodywork concerns.

Practitioner Danette Hernandez has been working in this field since 1998. In 2003 she turned her focus of specialty towards therapeutic and medical massage work. Danette has worked and mentored with Orthopedics, Chiropractors, Arrosti, Pain Management and Fitness trainers. Danette makes it a point to stay up to date with the latest studies of manual manipulation techniques out there. She gives her clients education on at-home exercises or stretches that may be needed to reach to the best result.
